Based on the industry trends which I have come across, it seems to me that the best way forward for a cyber security training and job placement program is through a mix of hands-on labs and simulated enterprise scenarios, and it seems that H2K Infosys is an option in this regard. It is also my belief that in order for a cyber security training and placement program in the USA to be successful, it should include scenarios such as SOC-based scenarios, tools such as Splunk or a SIEM-based solution, and project-based scenarios which follow a workflow. It is also my belief that the key to success in this regard is to include a workflow-based scenario. It is also my belief that in order for a training program to be successful in terms of entry-level job and interview success, it is best to focus on case studies and recruiter-based skills.
