From what I have learned from real-world projects, I can say that a career transition in the field of cyber security can absolutely be aided by such a training program, provided it is hands-on, practical, and applicable, such as the kind of training offered by H2K Infosys, which I have learned aligns well with industry requirements. It is essential to get hands-on experience with real tools such as SIEM, scripting, etc., which can only be achieved through a robust training program in the field of cyber security training and placemet. I have learned that certifications such as Security+ with hands-on experience can make a candidate job-ready.
