You want labs, tools like Splunk or Wireshark, and some exposure to how things run in actual roles. Somewhere in the middle, cyber security training with job placement only makes sense if you're practicing real scenarios, not just watching demos. I’d also pay attention to who’s teaching, how current the content is, and whether they push you to think, not memorize. Honestly, places that mimic real incidents prepare you far better than big-name branding alone.
