Hey everyone, I’m thinking about joining the Salesforce program at H2K Infosys USA and wanted some real feedback before I commit. How are the instructors and overall class quality? Do they actually help with mock interviews, resume stuff, and career guidance? Also curious how responsive the support team is and if the job support is legit or just marketing talk.

I actually finished the Salesforce course a few months back, so I can share my experience. Overall, it was solid and pretty well-organized. The instructors knew their stuff and had real-world experience, not just theory, which helped a lot when they explained how things work in actual projects.
Classes were on time and structured, and they recorded sessions, which saved me more than once when I couldn’t attend live. The support team was surprisingly responsive, especially when it came to access issues or assignment questions.
The mock interviews were one of the most useful parts for me. They didn’t just ask questions; they gave honest feedback on how I answered and how to improve. Resume help and career guidance were practical, not generic. Job support isn’t instant magic, but they do help with applications, interview prep, and connecting you to opportunities. It felt more like a guided process than being left on your own.
