During my QA certification training, I learned several key concepts essential for software quality assurance. These included the software development life cycle (SDLC), various testing methodologies like black-box and white-box testing, and the importance of test planning and test case creation. I gained hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium and JIRA, and understood how to perform manual and automated testing. The training also emphasized defect life cycle management, regression testing, and performance testing. Understanding these concepts enhanced my analytical and problem-solving skills, preparing me to identify bugs effectively and contribute to delivering high-quality software products.
