To perform parallel testing using Selenium Grid, first set up a Hub and multiple Nodes to run tests on different machines or browsers simultaneously. Download and configure Selenium Server and start the Hub using the command line. Then, register multiple Nodes with different browser configurations. In your test scripts, define the desired capabilities and set the RemoteWebDriver to connect with the Hub.
