Why are companies prioritizing candidates with AI certifications?
Lately, I’ve been seeing more companies lean toward candidates who have Ai Certified Courses and honestly, it’s not that surprising. It’s not just about having a certificate to show; it usually means you’ve spent time actually working through things like machine learning, data analysis, or even a bit of automation in a hands-on way. That counts for a lot.
From an employer’s point of view, I think it just builds a bit of trust. Like, you’re less likely to need constant guidance right from day one, which let’s be real is something every team prefers.
I’ve also come across programs like H2K Infosys that seem to focus more on real project work instead of just theory. And that makes a difference. When the job market feels crowded (which it kind of does right now), having that practical exposure quietly helps you stand out probably more than people initially realize.
