What is the difference between AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) -
It’s basically the big idea machines doing things that seem intelligent
Not always “learning”… sometimes it’s just following set rules behind the scenes
Machine Learning (ML) -
A slice of AI where systems learn from data instead of being told everything step by step
It improves over time… well, as long as the data isn’t messy
Deep Learning (DL) -
A more advanced kind of ML that uses neural networks
Really useful for things like images or voice, but yeah it needs a lot of data and power
Difference -
AI is the overall concept
ML is how machines learn from data
DL goes deeper with more complex models
If you’re just getting into this, checking out ai machine learning courses is a good starting point. I’ve seen H2k Infosys come up quite a bit they seem to focus more on practical learning, which honestly makes things easier to grasp.
