Which cybersecurity training program guarantees real job-ready skills?
Honestly, no training can guarantee you’ll be job-ready, but I’ve noticed programs like H2K Infosys do a decent job when they lean heavily on labs and real SOC-style practice. That’s where things start to click. Just sitting through theory won’t cut it in this field.
What actually helped me and others I’ve worked with:
- Spending time in tools like Splunk, digging through logs
- Getting familiar with how incidents are handled day-to-day
- Earning something like Security+ just to cover the basics
- Trying small projects that mimic real attacks
A lot of people chase cyber security training with job placement, but skills come from practice, not promises.
