Honestly, from what I’ve seen over the years, companies aren’t overly concerned about the name of the institute it’s more about whether you can handle real tasks. I’ve come across people from H2K Infosys who did quite well, mainly because they had actually practiced in lab environments instead of just reading concepts. Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP do carry weight, no doubt, but they don’t guarantee much on their own. Tools like Wireshark and Metasploit show up frequently in real scenarios. What really counts is hands-on learning through cybersecurity training and placement programs where you solve practical problems. Skills usually win.
