For these roles, employers generally value practical experience over theoretical courses. I have seen training providers like H2K Infosys are focusing on real time labs, SIEM tools and interview preparation which is more closer to hiring expectations. Candidates with programs that offer cyber security training and job placement assistance, internship exposure, and tools such as Splunk, Wireshark, Nessus, and Microsoft Sentinel are typically hired faster for entry level positions. “Hands-on projects and certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH and CISSP make you a more hireable person.” As per my experience, candidates with cloud and security monitoring skills are getting more interview opportunities in US based companies.
