What skills are taught in cyber security training programs with job support?
From my experience, H2K Infosys cyber security programs are more focused on the practical skills that employers expect to see with entry-level SOC, analyst and cloud security professionals. With the help of tools like Splunk, Wireshark, Nessus, and Kali Linux, students generally learn network security, basics of ethical hacking, SIEM monitoring, vulnerability assessment, Linux administration, incident response, and basics of cloud security. They also have some programs that incorporate hands-on labs, mock interviews, resume building, and exposure to live projects to help bridge the gap between theory and practical work environment. A good cyber security training with job placement program also spends time on ticketing systems, log analysis and security compliance concepts as these are commonly tested in interviews. Certifications like CompTIA Security+ or CEH are often cited in the context of career preparation.
