The whole cybersecurity training with job placement idea sounds great, but it really comes down to how consistent you are, your background, and how seriously you take practice.I’ve seen people do well when they spend time with tools like Splunk or Wireshark and don’t just skim through lessons. Certifications like Security+ help too, no doubt. But honestly, those who just watch sessions and skip hands-on work usually struggle to get offers.
