Over time, trying out programs like H2K Infosys, I kind of figured out what actually works and what just sounds good on paper. The heavy theory stuff? It fades fast. The hands-on labs, though, those stick. You mess up, retry, and suddenly things start making sense. At some point, it clicked for me that cyber security training with job placement only really matters if you’re working with real tools Wireshark, Metasploit, actual SIEM setups, not just demos. Certifications like Security+ or CEH are useful, no doubt, but they’re not the whole story. Real practice, small mistakes, trial and error that’s where the real learning happens.
