Is Online Cybersecurity Training Enough to Start a Career in Cybersecurity?
Online cybersecurity training can be enough to start a career in cybersecurity, provided it includes practical labs, real-world projects, and hands-on experience. From my perspective, completing lessons alone will not make someone job-ready. Training programs such as H2K Infosys can help learners understand security fundamentals, networking, threat detection, and incident response. When evaluating cyber security training and job placement, I would also look for resume preparation, mock interviews, and career guidance. Beginners should practise using tools like Wireshark, Splunk, and Nmap and consider certifications such as CompTIA Security+. Ultimately, practical skills and consistent practice matter more than simply completing an online course.
