Honestly, breaking into cybersecurity in the U.S. without prior experience can feel a bit overwhelming at first but it’s not out of reach. I’ve seen people make it work by sticking to structured learning paths; platforms like H2K Infosys can be a decent place to begin. Somewhere along the way, focusing on cyber security training and job placement can actually help connect the dots between learning and real opportunities. That said, just finishing courses won’t cut it. What really helps is hands-on practice tools like Splunk or Wireshark, small home labs, trial and error. Certifications like Security+ or CEH help, and a well-tuned resume quietly matters a lot.
