An effective program should lay out resume guidance, interview preparation, mock sessions, exposure to real projects, links to recruiters and quantifiable results in clear terms. In evaluating cyber security training and job placement, I am also looking for hands-on experience on tools like SIEM platforms and cloud security environments for the learners. Hands-on exposure usually means better placement readiness and actual hiring help.
