Cybersecurity training doesn’t really guarantee a job, even if you go with providers like H2K Infosys, but it does push your chances up quite a bit. From what I’ve seen, people who treat it seriously and actually do hands-on labs usually improve their employability a lot more than those who just finish theory. They work with tools like Wireshark, Splunk, or Metasploit, and slowly build confidence through real practice, not just slides. Honestly networking internships and small personal projects matter too because a cyber security course with placement alone isn’t enough without showing proof of skills and consistent learning effort.
