Training schools can help, but only if you put in the effort along with the training. H2k Infosys offers Cyber security jobs with training and help with finding a job, like mock interviews and building a resume, which are very helpful for people who are just starting out. They also give you hands-on experience with tools and situations that employers often look for. The best thing about it is that you get help; you don't have to figure everything out on your own. That being said, placement doesn't happen on its own. You still need to practice, apply for jobs, and stick with it, but a good school can definitely make things easier and more organized.
