Are online cyber security training and placement programs trusted by employers?
In my experience, most employers don’t really mind if cyber security training was done online, as long as the person has solid hands-on exposure. I’ve seen people from H2K Infosys do surprisingly well in interviews because they could talk through real SOC tasks, Splunk monitoring, and incident response situations without sounding rehearsed. That matters a lot. Honestly, companies usually test practical thinking more than certificates alone. A good cyber security training with job placement program tends to include labs, mock interviews, and resume guidance, which helps candidates feel job-ready. Certifications like Security+ are useful too, but real troubleshooting ability is what often leaves the stronger impression during hiring.
