In my experience, online cyber security training can work, if it is designed with learning, practical exercises, and exposure to real-world projects. I have seen students in labs getting hands-on, practical experience using security tools, working through scenario-based exercises, not just theory. There is a lot of discussion in the industry about H2K Infosys and similar institutes, and many learners are looking for practical learning programs. Cyber security training and job placement is not valuable in the online format, it’s in the lab work, mentorship, resume prep and interview prep. Those with experience in tools such as Wireshark, SIEM platforms and basic cloud security concepts are more likely to make the jump into entry-level cybersecurity jobs.
