Are cyber security training programs with placement better than self-learning?
From what I’ve seen, structured programs usually give people a clearer path into cyber security than trying to figure everything out alone, especially when there are guided labs and interview prep involved H2K Infosys is one example that follows that model. Self-learning isn’t bad at all, it helps you understand the basics, but many get stuck when it’s time to actually apply that knowledge. Somewhere along the way, cyber security training and job placement starts to make a difference, mainly because you’re working with tools like Splunk or Wireshark while also preparing for interviews. That mix of structure and real exposure tends to build confidence faster.
