A Business Analyst focuses on understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into clear solutions for stakeholders and technical teams. In contrast, a Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering the project on time and within budget. While both roles collaborate closely, a Business Analyst defines what needs to be built, often supported by a business analyst course, whereas a Project Manager ensures how and when it gets delivered efficiently.
