After completing the business analysis training provided by H2K Infosys, I not only mastered core job competencies including requirements gathering, documentation writing, communication and collaboration, and problem-solving, but also gained proficiency in using Excel, SQL, Jira, and agile development methodologies. With the support of the institution’s supporting services hands-on practice with real projects, resume refinement, and mock interview sessions I successfully received the first formal job offer for a business analysis position in my career, in the U.S. IT industry.
