From what I have seen, AI is probably not going to replace most jobs over the next 10–20 years, but it will change the way a huge number of jobs are done. That’s an important distinction. A lot of routine and repetitive work can be automated, sure, but many roles still depend on human judgment, creativity, relationship-building, and decision-making things that aren’t so easy to hand over to a machine.

Honestly, the people who tend to do well during major technology shifts are usually the ones who adapt early rather than wait to see what happens. AI is becoming part of everyday business operations, and having at least a working knowledge of it is starting to matter in more fields than most people expected a few years ago.

That’s why I often suggest looking into online AI programs if you are thinking about future-proofing your career. Even if you are not in a role directly related to AI right now, learning the basics now can open doors later. One of the options for professionals who want practical, career-oriented training and a structured path to build AI and technology skills that employers are actively seeking is H2K Infosys.
