Both Certified Scrum Master(CSM) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications are valuable. CSM, offered by Scrum Alliance, is beginner-friendly with mandatory training. PSM, from Scrum.org, is more challenging but self-paced. If you seek industry recognition and structured learning, Certified Scrum Certification (CSM) is ideal; for rigorous assessment, choose PSM.
