How can machine learning techniques enhance traditional data analytics processes?
Machine learning adds new dimensions to conventional data analytics in advanced analytics projects I have participated in and strategy sessions at H2kinfosys, taking us beyond just descriptive insights towards predictive and prescriptive insights. Traditional analytics explains what happened, but machine learning models instead predict future trends, identify anomalies, and make decisions on autopilot by leveraging algorithms such as regression, classification, and clustering. As an example, ML in retail is applied to demand forecasts and personal recommendations, which are better at being accurate than a human can be. It processes big and complex data sets more aggressively. Many of these applied skills are developed through programs such as data analyst training and placement near me that integrate analytics basics with hands-on exposure to machine learning.
