Why is hands-on cyber security training better than theoretical learning?
Honestly, from what I’ve seen in the field, hands-on training just sticks better because it feels like what you’ll actually deal with on the job. Even places like H2K Infosys lean into labs for that reason employers want proof you can do things, not just explain them. When you’re setting up firewalls, digging through logs, or playing around with Wireshark and Nmap, it clicks differently. Somewhere along the way, cyber security training and job placement starts to matter more since it ties practice to real opportunities. Theory helps, sure, but without applying it, things fall apart pretty quickly in real scenarios.
