Honestly, from what I’ve observed, H2K Infosys doesn’t stay in theory mode for too long it moves pretty quickly into what actually happens inside a SOC. You’re not just reading or listening; you get pulled into simulated cases where you go through logs, notice things that seem off, and try to decide the next step. At some point, especially during cyber security training with job placement, you start working directly with tools like Splunk and Wireshark, digging into alerts and traffic a bit deeper. There’s also some hands-on exposure to vulnerability scanning and basic scripting. It’s not perfect, but it feels quite close to real analyst work.
