TOSCA offers built in support for SAP, Salesforce, API, and enterprise applications, making it easier for non programmers. Selenium is open source and flexible, but it needs framework setup and maintenance effort. TOSCA reduces scripting complexity and supports risk based testing. For enterprise environments where scalability and faster maintenance are important, TOSCA is often considered a more efficient solution.
