Can someone from a non-IT field learn AI?

Yes, someone from a non-IT background can definitely learn Artificial intelligence course with placement. I know it because I’m doing it myself. I’m currently an AI beginner at H2K Infosys, and honestly, I didn’t come from a technical field at all. At first, it was felt intimidating like everyone else already “spoke the language.” But once I got into it, I realized AI isn’t just the about hardcore coding. It’s more about learning how to think logically, how to break the problems down, and how to look at data with curiosity. The coding part? It comes with practice. Slowly. Sometimes frustratingly but it comes.

What’s helped me the most hasn’t been anything magical. Just simple steps:

  • Starting with the basics like Python, understanding data, simple algorithms
  • Working on small projects so I can actually see how things connect
  • Learning from mentors instead of trying to figure out everything alone
  • And honestly, not panicking when I hear complicated technical words

You don’t need an IT degree to start, you just need patience, the right support, and the willingness to keep going even when things feel a little confusing.
