From my experience, the real value came from structured labs, incident-response simulations, and guided exposure to tools like SIEM and vulnerability scanners. The program bridged theory and practice, and cyber security training and job placement worked best when combined with consistent self-study and hands-on projects. Placement support helped with resumes and interviews, but outcomes still depended on individual effort, adaptability, and how well skills aligned with entry-level SOC or analyst roles.
