If you’re starting from scratch, most students become job-ready in 8 to 12 weeks with consistent study (5–10 hours per week) through a structured Training Business Analyst program. Some may need an additional month for resume preparation, interview practice, and certification prep (like ECBA). With dedication and hands-on project experience included in the training, many students successfully transition into Business Analyst roles within 3 to 6 months.
